53 percent of Americans disapprove of George Bush's performance
According to a new gallup poll, most Americans think Bush is a shitty president. We'd like to be delighted that people are finally coming around, but the fact that another 45% approve of his performance is mind-boggling. Read the whole story here.

i don't see why not? i mean the housing market is currently at its lowest and it seems to me like a perfect opportunity to buy while everything is cheap. i mean would you rather buy it now or when the economy is much better and everything becomes much more expensive?

I've managed to save up roughly $21088 in my bank account, but I'm not sure if I should buy a house or not. Do you think the market is stable or do you think that home prices will decrease by a lot?
