"This rickety, questionably legal South Williamsburg loft feels like a secret clubhouse that only the cool kids are invited to, and, well, it kind of is. Its shows, which feature mostly underground noise and punk bands, are advertised only through word of mouth and the occasional confusing flyer, yet always manage to be packed with more hipsters than the L train on a Saturday night. Most people hang out on the roof instead of trying to navigate the cramped, chaotic second-floor performance space, which usually has a makeshift bar shoved in one corner. But if you do make it to the front, you're gonna be closer to a band than you've ever been in your life."
