We're bringin' it to Brooklyn:

The Stitch n Bitch phenomenon has come to Williamsburg. Every Monday at Pete's Candy Store between 6:30-8:30. Bring you're needles, hooks, yarn, and yourself to hang out with Williamsburg's savviest stitchers.

Stitching groups may be the latest trend, but we have long known it was cool to drink mojitos, stitch, and uh..... bitch. Now we have our own group in Williamsburg. So far response has been very enthusiastic.

Break up the beginning of the work week monotony. Come hang out and meet some new friends. The focus of the group is knitting, but welcomes all crafty people, with all different levels of expertise.

Men and women are welcome. Plus, an additional perk, as our friend George so aptly stated: "knitting groups are a great untapped resource to pick up chicks."
