Ralph
Nader a Republican Operative?
Never
one to shy from controversy, Ralph Nader announced Sunday
morning that he will run as an independent in the 2004 election.
His announcement caught few off guard since he's been hinting
for weeks that he would run, but many have speculated that
his support will be even lower than it was in the 2000 election.
This year, most Democrats, have one goal in mind. Namely
defeating George Bush by nominating the most electable candidate.
Most Democrats feel Nader is too far to the Left to garner
widespread support and could take away key votes from the
Democratic nominee.
In a turn of events that is likely to revive the debate
of campaign ethics, an undisclosed source has revealed that
Ralph Nader is a Republican operative. In this striking
photograph (right) Ralph Nader is seen with George Bush
Jr. and George Bush Sr. early in 2003.
Allegations
from a reliable source suggest that Nader's presidential
run in 2000, as well as his current campaign for the 2004
election were organized by Karl Rove as a ploy to drive
votes away from Al Gore and from the 2004 Democratic candidate.
Investigations are underway at TIME magazine, ABC NEWS,
the WASHINGTON POST, THE HILL and the ASSOCIATED PRESS into
alleged taped discussions between Karl Rove and Ralph Nader.

In a related story, the Democratic National Committee have
allegedly been funneling campaign dollars to Libertarian
candidate, Willy Marshall. Insiders have suggested that
Marshall's small government platform could be divisive to
Republican voters who feel disenfranchised by the Neocon
politics of George Bush. Many project this will be the dirtiest
election in recent memory.
