This video cuts him off before he finishes what he is saying. Later in the debate Paul gets booed for saying we should limit our foreign intervention and that maybe our actions abroad sparked the 9/11 attacks. The GOP crowd is pretty disgusting though. But this country does need to cut its spending, and sadly many people are going to have to suffer for the overspending we have done in the past.
