Greenpoint looks like New Orleans, Right?

This Friday night, HBO will be turning Meserole Avenue, Jewel and Moultrie Streets into New Orleans’ Ninth Ward while filming a ~~movie~~ TV show about Katrina.

That ain’t a movie kid….that be a TV show they are filming. The new one from that guy who made the Wire.

Hopefully they want the weather to look a bit like Katrina, because it’s going to be pouring on Friday night.
