Above you will find the trailer to some show (wonder which network is picking this up) that stars a social media consultant who is too busy living her internet life to make connections in her real life happen. I know we all use Facebook, blogs and Twitter to meet peeps, but who wants to sit through a show watching some self-indulgent person live out their anti-social fantasies stalking friends of friends? Epic fail.

The show is actually more about the balance between maintaining a relevant online presence and sustaining the offline and more personal relationships. Stalking is certainly an issue dealt with as well, but it’s a part of a larger exploration around the effects of sharing information online through sites like Twitter.
Lisa, our teaser introduces the characters and admittedly leaves some things unsaid. So, I think you’ll find there’s more to be taken from this show once we are able to distribute the pilot (currently in private viewing).
At first glance it’s easy to miss the conflict for this young Social Media Consultant Рproving herself everyday in a highly connected online world, while still making time for the people she cares about.
Jenn is part of a new web culture that no longer consists of only edgy developers and technology elite. It’s a good story to tell and I hope you’ll check back on us and keep the feedback coming. There’s more to see.
