I think the correct medical term is "poo poo"
This confounding medical jargon confused us:

It was a direct quote, loser. Don’t you have anything else to complain about? You know, like how the media is responsible for all of your problems? Isn’t that what Americans do? Huh? Blame their problems on the media?
