Standard Thai that’s perfectly fine when you’re in a hurry and want a cheap lunch. Nothing to write home about though.

The Village Voice says:

Thais have been springing up over the last five years in W’burg, Greenpoint, and Carroll Gardens, offering a take on the cuisine that, while good, is blander than Queens Thais. Best is Tai Thai, located right in the ‘Burg tenderloin, offering tangy salads and coconut-laced curries a cut above the rest. Favorite dish: duck with chile sauce.”

    The worst service I have ever had in New York city. The wait staff are unbelievably rude. They act like they are doing you a favor allowing you to eat at there restaurant. I was roaches on the floor and a rat in the back garden. There’s the saying “the worse the service, the better the food”. Definitely not the case with this restaurant
