Nightlife vet Ryan Virag and BMX rider Darryl Nau lend cool-kid bona fides to this laid-back Williamsburg drinkery. In the early evening, snag a wood booth and flip through selections from the spot’s magazine rack, which is loaded with skater mags, porn and, yes, recent issues of Time Out New York. Drinkers can choose from six brews (like Anchor Steam and Kelso Pale Ale) and simple cocktails, including the Ginger Lynn, a mix of dark rum and house-made ginger soda. The pair spun through their personal Rolodexes to staff the booth, so DJs hit the decks at 10pm every night with a mix of tunes, ranging from vintage soul to Scandinavian grindcore. Come summer, Virag and Nau will fire up a grill in the backyard.
