Daniel Holzman and Michael Chernow get the ‘ball rolling with this second outpost of their popular meat mecca, located in Williamsburg. We’re huge fans of these guys, having gorged on their awesome creations everywhere from Choice Eats to Meatball Madness. Like the original location, you’ll also find the same customizable menu here, which means you can pair beef, pork, chicken and even vegetable ball varieties with sauces like classic tomato and parmesan cream. (Our fave: chicken with mushroom gravy—load ‘er up!) Or, just opt for them in slider form. Huge plus for the new spot: They’ve got a liquor license, and the drinks menu is mix-and-match, too. Which means you can opt for whiskey, gin or vodka, with mix-ins like blackberry and Mint, bitters and vermouth, and pink grapefruit and cherry. We like mix and match.
