New Black Mountain: "The Hair Song"
We’ve always given Black Mountain lots of love over here. Their last, In the Future, was one of my favorites from 2008. I must say, this new, strangely poppy and chirpily produced single has piqued my interest. It’s much more straightforward than what we’re used to hearing from the band. Still, it left me wondering if they’ve been listening to too much Black Crowes. Their new full length Wilderness Heart comes out 9-14 on Jagjaguwar.
