What would you do with a tune like this? Would you actually plunk down the money and buy it ? No. Would you blast it from your car stereo, No. Would you blast it at your apartment, No. This is an embarrassingly bad recording. The vocal hits a bad note and stays there the whole time. There is nothing redeeming about this crap. Let’s be real for a change.
Les,
The African production on the track is pretty damn good, and way more interesting than most indie-electronica. As far as the voice, well, that’s the voice of the Knife, take it or leave it. (If it’s melody you want, check out their song “Heartbeats”)
You win Jon Jon its great! They make Led Zeppelin look like a bunch of punks. It is pure genius in every conceivable way. I simply love it because YOU said it was good. I may confer with you in the future to find out what else I am wrong about so I will keep you posted. Thanks buddy!

Overcompensate much? I never said it was genius, and never told you to love it. I just offered another opinion to your ranting.
