I saw one of these people take off their plushie heads and lo and behold it was this guy who used to hang around the apartment building on North 3rd and Metropolitan. He was a complete pervert and we had to call the police on him several times. My friend, a young girl with a bedroom window you can get into/out of through the roof, saw him staring at her in the middle of the night through said window. Another time we found him without pants and masturbating in the hallway, and he was known to go around jiggling doorknobs in the building and making himself welcome when he found one that was open. Sure enough he found my friend’s door unlocked (he was down the hall), went in, took a shower and got into my friend’s bed naked.
Don’t know where else to put this information out, but I think people should be aware and use caution.
