These guys suck! They're never open until like 3 o'clock. The food is tasteless--even lowly taco bell is better. Eff these losers.

I like the Seitan Tacos! I barely eat meat anymore so its nice to try something new. I feel a little worried about the generator, I would be totally pissed if a guy with a truck made his business spot in front of my apt window.
One thing:
It's needs more items on the menu! The mexican corn was ok. Bonita still rules but this is fast and easy in and out.

These guys should get one star, but I'll give them two with hopes they can pull better things off when it warms up. As of now, a more appropriate name would be "Tasteless Summer."
1. Out-the-package Northeast white corn tortillas automatically disqualify this place as being serious about tacos. The three tacos I ordered were double wrapped with tortillas, but still the fillings fell through the bottom. Yellow corn - why is that so hard to understand. Texas or CA...the only way it's done.
2. Pork taco - the best of the bunch. The pork was flavorful, but could have used some extra spice.
3. Chicken - stewed chicken. Overly bland, pulled chicken. I detected a hint of cumin, but the best "pollo guisado" should really be spiced up with onions, peppers, garlic and cumin. I couldn't finish this.
4. Beef - see chicken description above. Overly bland. I added salt and it was much more palatable, but some chile powder would liven it up.
5. Beans & Rice - flat out awful. A tip to NY Mexican restauranteurs - if you don't cook your beans with pork (or in this case add any spice)...your beans are not Mexican beans and end up just filler. The rice is plain white rice, not Mexican rice.

To all our neighbors and customers,
Some of you have expressed concerns about the sound level of our generator.
Knowing that we our operating in a residential neighborhood unaccustomed to street vendors we purchased a generator with a very low decibel level of 68 dBA. The generator also has super quiet muffler and a tech throttle with idle control designed to save fuel & reduce noise.
Our dBA levels are well below the standards for obtaining a NYC Mobile vending permit. In other words, the current noise levels are well within the law.
Some of you still find the generator to be too loud. The two of us have spent over 25 years in the Northside collectively and want to keep the neighborhood as peaceful as possible.
With that in mind we are in the process of purchasing a new very expensive and more importantly VERY quiet generator. The unit we are looking at it is the most inaudible generator on the market.
We hope to have enough funds to purchase and install the unit by April 15th.
Until that time we are committed to never operating the generator past 11 PM and never for longer than 10 hours consecutively.
Sincerely,
Endless Summer

I love them. So, so, so much. I'm so glad to have them in my life.

Amazing veggie tacos, amazing. And the fact that they are served from a truck makes them even better. As for quieting it down, maybe more batteries and more efficient lighting to allow the generator to run less frequently, guess I'm glad I live in greenpoint.

I'm all for this kind of thing but...
Do you have to park in front of residential buildings on Bedford and n6 and run your generator (on high - with no sound proofing) at all hours of the day and night?
Please guys, have a little respect and common courtesy for the people who live here and figure out some way to quiet it down.
Thanks
