I think Hachi is a great addition to the neighborhood and yes, we needed some good asian in this area. All the apps, noodles, curry, etc is delicious. And quite affordable!! Go and try it!

I have been waiting for a decent Asian restaurant (besides Thai) to open on this side of town. Bedford has it all but Grand street has yet to have something that is worth checking out. Until now that is...
Upon walking in, you would be impressed by the decor of the place. A great but tiny outdoor back lounge, interesting light fixtures, and fun pictures. The menu holds a variety of options ranging from Malaysian Curry to Sushi to Thai noodles with some fun appetizers, making it easy to please everyone. The servers were very courteous and attentive.
We tried the Roti, Malaysian Kueh Teow and number of specialty rolls. My favorite was the Dynamite Roll as I like it spicy. Everything was flavorful and not to mention at the right price and portions! Cannot beat that.
We would definitely come back again. Thank you Hachi!
