The best Pizza in Brooklyn--give it a try. The other foods on the menue are also delicious. I have been going there for over a year and am well satisfied with the service and the menu.

Great pizza & sandwiches and quick service. Not as crowded at the other pizzeria's on Bedford, affordable too.

This is one of my favorite places to eat out in Wburg. Its BYOB, small and cozy and they have great pasta dishes! Very affordable. I don't know why everyone thinks it's cheesy. All the asian restaurants in a row on Bedford? Now that's cheesy!

you're right, i would never consider trying this place because it looks so horrifically cheesy. i can't stand the sight of it.
Maybe the cheezyness is just there to keep assholes away. Apparently that works.
To less vain people = If you haven't tried the tricolore slice (fresh mozz, sliced tomato, arugula, prosciutto) then you're missing out. This place actually makes pizza with crust. Not puerto rican greasybread w/ shitty cheese.
Their pasta dishes aint bad either. Tortolloni al Pollo in vodka sauce is a winner.
havent tried the sandwiches yet but they look good.

this place looks so amazingly cheesy you've probably never considered trying it. it had been open for probably two months before i ventured in and even then only because a friend recommended it for a slice. it kinda looks like they ordered an "i-talian restaurant" kit from the same company who makes olive gardens, so it doesn't really make you want to walk in. but what i'm building up to here is that it is REALLY good. seriously. you should give it a try one day.
i mostly just go for their slices, which are the best in the area by far (for plain anyway, for specialty slices vinnie's up the block turns out some great ones), but i have gone for a standard sit-down dinner several times now and also ordered sandwiches and individual pies for take out. everything i've had has been above average, and usually for a pretty good price (dinner items are kinda standard williamsburg price, other items are sometimes quite the bargain, and a plain slice is slightly more than average at $2.50, but well worth it i'd say).
i would encourage anyone who likes consistently tasty and well prepared italian food to give them a try, despite it being awfully bright in the evenings for a sit down place. oh, and like the other reviews said, the people who run it really are quite nice. good stuff.

my favorite place to eat in brooklyn! I feel like i'm in Italy. the homemade pastas are all amazing!! the best crunchy and flavorefull pizzas (my favorite slice: fresh mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, prosciutto, arugola, and freshly shaved parmiggiano sices. Not only is the food amazing, but the owners and the rest of the staff are friendly and they all make you feel at home.

My favorite pizzeria in Williamsburg! Fresh mozzarella and basil on their pizza, thick, chunky marinara sauce, perfect pasta, fresh bread, great service - all this at very modest prices! The chicken parmigiana hero transcends!
