Sunset Rubdown tonight, Sunset Rubdown tomorrow

Spencer Krug must be one of those self-loathing maniac workaholic types. Between his commitment to Wolf Parade (which has recently included releasing their sophomore LP At Mount Zoomer and touring earlier this summer) he still finds time to tour and record with Sunset Rubdown. SR puts on a superb live set — they’re always able to translate the ornate yet eerie vibe of their records onto the stage, and that leaves audiences fully gratified.
They’re playing tonight @ 8 pm at the Music Hall of Williamsburg, and tomorrow night at Mercury Lounge….
