Hailing from suburban Clarksboro, New Jersey, it is difficult to separate Danielson from their gooey visuals (costumes and graphics) and the spirited music. The 2006 release of Ships, joined together a cadre of artist including Deerhoof, Sufjan Stevens, Why?, Serena Maneesh, Leopulde, and Half-handed Cloud among others (danielson.info).
