Whenever I’m in Brooklyn, I make it my business to go there for a cup of something, usually the Kyoto coffee. It is to die for. I wholeheartedly agree with your description of Tar Pit – it is truly an intimate hideaway. Everyone should put Tar Pit on their list of “must do” everyday.
