Bob Schieffer is clearly exposed here in his support for Sen. McCain. When he exclaims “Really!” after Clark refutes Schieffer’s claim that getting shot down in combat is somehow a way to gauge qualifications for our next president. How ridiculous is that on its face? Absurd. McCain, and the countless war fighters who sacrifice for country are heros by war standards, but are not on the fast track to the presidency by a single act.
