Whiskey Pairing Class (With Dinner) at Brooklyn Star
Brooklyn Kitchen and the Brooklyn Star are pairing up for an event that sounds too good to pass up:
We’re teaming up with The Brooklyn Star for a great night of whiskey drinking, learning and eating at their bar, led by Drew Kulsveen, Master Distiller at the family-owned Willett Distilleries in Bardstown, Kentucky.You will taste four small batch whiskies including Willett Rye, Johnny Drum and Noah’s Mill. Each tasting will be expertly paired with dishes by the Brooklyn Star’s chef Joaquin Baca.Drew will teach you how each whiskey was made and what differentiates each style. He’ll school you on what makes them small batch, blended, bourbon or rye and just about everything you might want to know. Students will receive an informational handout and note sheet so you don’t miss a thing. You will also receive a small travel bag from Crumpler bags filled with goodies from the Brooklyn Star and the Brooklyn Kitchen.
